The Luxe Mountain King room with the complementary one-hour onsen per adult was a game changer for relaxation. The views from the room were fine, allowing tranquil mornings and amazing sunsets.
A few things could use some work-getting a taxi took longer than expected during peak times, and a late-night bar or snack option would be a real bonus. The gym could benefit from lighter dumbbells or kettlebells, particularly for female guests, and the absence of international plug adaptors in the room was a nuisance. Lastly, I encountered a couple of slippery areas around the onsen that could really use some mats to enhance safety.

Well-designed room, all in all had great stay.
The hotel was reasonably spacious with a beautiful location very close to Thailand and the sea and both restaurants and poolside. In general the staff were excellent and amiable. Booked a room with comfy bed especially the pillows. There were a minibar and coffee if needed😀❤

A Holistic Retreat at Its Best
We found the blend of wellness and leisure amazing. The Olympic-sized pool was a highlight, and we loved the variety of activities offered, from paddle boarding to aqua aerobics. The food was another high point, especially the breakfast options that featured fresh Thai teas and organic dishes-a perfect start to our day. The extra charges for children's amenities felt a bit steep and dampened our otherwise fantastic experience.

Health-Conscious Travelers Deserve This
The breakfast was a standout for us pancakes, avocado toast and fresh juices every morning. The staff were super friendly giving us that personal touch we needed on our stay.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but worth it for the experience.

This hotel was just a suitable option for a break on a long journey in Klong Muang Beach with great value. The breakfast had fresh juices and pancakes which really stood out . Try to get a room away from the noise near the bar for a quieter experience.

The Luxe Ocean King room impressed with its premium amenities and comfort. Breakfast, with delicious options like fresh juices and gourmet nachos, was a highlight of the stay. The absence of a proper wardrobe in the room was notable, and in-house dining prices felt steep compared to nearby options. Navigating some areas could be a challenge for those with mobility issues.

The room was fantastic! It had everything we needed, like a coffee machine, fridge, and even a safety deposit box. It felt like a home away from home, which made our stay so comfortable and convenient. We loved having a balcony and being able to enjoy the garden views from our spacious double room. The soundproof walls were a big plus, especially with two little kids. it was a great experience!
Personally, we didn't really use the minibar in our room, but we understand that others might find enjoyment in it.
